How far are you willing to travel for a project?
Our primary aim is to serve our local community, within a 40-minute radius of our showroom in Glossop.
Can I get an instant quote over the phone?
All of our work is customised to fit your space. As such, we need some information from you first. We always call out to your home for a consultation appointment to see the space, measure up and discuss design ideas. If you are more than a 30-minute drive away from us, please provide us with the height, width, and depth (in millimetres) of the space you would like to fill. Send the dimensions with an inspiration image (perhaps something from our GALLERY page) and we will endeavour to get you an estimated quote within a few days.
What is your turnaround time?
We average six to eight weeks from site survey to installation, but we can offer you a 3-D design of your project within a week.
Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
An appointment is not necessary, feel free to pop in at your convenience. A phone call in advance is helpful but not essential.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we have committed to a 10-year guarantee on parts and installation.
How should I expect to pay?
As standard we expect a 10% deposit upfront to secure your installation date, then 40% two weeks before your installation date and the final 50% upon completion. Payments are made via bank transfer. At times you may be asked to hold a retainer until any additional snags are completed. Different payment plans can be created to suit the individual upon request.
